In pursuance of building reliable, enhancing and providing perpetual structures to improve society, contributing to the overall economic and infrastructural development of Ghana, primarily to curb coastal flooding and erosion & housing deficit conceptualized the inception of Mericom Construction Ghana Limited (MCGL) in 2013.

Subsequently, Mericom Construction Ghana Limited in ensuring conformance to the Legal requirements of Ghana, resorted to the Registrar General’s Department under the Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) for registration of incorporation and commencement certificates in 28th October, 2013 and 28th October, 2013 respectively. The principal business location is at Community 5, along the Star Basic School Road, in Tema, specializes among others include the activities listed below:

Mericom Construction Ghana Limited is also recognized by the Ministry of Works and Housing as a General Building and Civil Works Contractor to the government of Ghana in the Category “D1” and “K1” respectively. We are also recognized by the Ministry of Roads and Highways to undertake Road and Bridge Works in the categories of “A4 and B4” respectively. Currently, due to sound and effective management policies and practices, the company has earned recognition as a dependable Construction Company and has achieved a reputation which is unmatched in the construction industry.
