Subsequently, Mericom Construction Ghana Limited in ensuring conformance to the Legal requirements of Ghana, resorted to the Registrar General’s Department under the Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) for registration of incorporation and commencement certificates in 28th October, 2013 and 28th October, 2013 respectively.
